General Terms

These Terms apply to all custom dye-sublimated linen orders placed with A1 Tablecloth Company. We specialize in custom printed linens for the event industry including tablecloths, overlays, runners, and drapery produced using dye-sublimation on polyester fabrics. By submitting artwork, placing an order, or approving a proof, the customer (“you,” “client”) agrees to these Terms & Policies.

Order Processing & Lead Times

Standard lead time: Please call for details. Rush service may be available. Additional fees may apply. Once proofs are approved, no changes or cancellations can be made. We are not liable for delays due to shipping carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.

Cancellations & Returns

Orders cancelled before proof approval are eligible for a refund less setup charges. Orders cancelled after proof approval are non-refundable. Because all products are custom, returns are only accepted in the case of manufacturing defects. Defect claims must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of delivery. Approved claims will be reprinted or refunded.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped FOB South Hackensack NJ. Please inspect shipments immediately. If the package is damaged in shipping, please file a claim with the carrier and notify us immediately so we can assist.

Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, you confirm you have the rights to use all images, logos, and designs provided. We will not reproduce or resell your designs without permission. Unless otherwise requested in writing, A1 Tablecloth reserves the right to photograph and display finished work in our portfolio and marketing.

Care & Handling

To ensure longevity of your dye-sublimated linens: Machine wash on cold or warm, gentle cycle. Use mild detergent. Do not bleach or dry clean. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Iron on low on back side. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to prevent fading.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the cost of the product. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost event revenue or rental income.

Privacy & Artwork Storage

Customer artwork files are stored securely for reorders. We do not share or sell artwork or client information. Artwork will only be deleted upon written request. We will not be held responsible fo lost or deleted files.
