What fabrics do you print on?

We print exclusively on polyester-based fabrics suitable for dye-sublimation. Up to 60″ wide. Check out our “Base Cloths” page for fabric options.

Can you match my exact color?

We make every effort to match colors accurately. Due to fabric type and print process, some variation may occur. We recommend ordering a strike-off (sample print) for critical colors.

Do you offer Rentals for Custom Prints?

No, our dye-sublimated linens are custom-made to order and are sold, not rented.

Can I supply my own fabric?

No, for quality control reasons, we only print on our in-house sourced fabrics.

How long will my linens last?

With proper care, dye-sublimated linens maintain vibrant color through dozens of washes or more. Avoid harsh chemicals and prolonged sunlight exposure.

Do you accept Rush orders?

Yes, Rush Service is available depending on production schedule. Additional fees apply.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If the package is damaged in shipping, please file a claim with the carrier and notify us immediately so we can assist.
