Color Dye Lot Variation

Slight color differences (up to 10%) are normal due to the printing process. Returns, refunds, or exchanges cannot be accepted for these variations. If you need to match a previous order, please order a strike-off to confirm that the current lot matches your current inventory. If none are available, we can accept a return of your existing linen for matching and a strike off will be provided. (If time is not available for a strike-off the risk is on the customer)

Colors shown on your screen may look different from the actual fabric color. For the best results, we recommend ordering a sample before placing a full order.

Irregularities in Finished Products

All items are made to order. They are cut, sewn, and finished by hand. Minor differences in size, color or pattern alignment are normal and part of the handmade process.

For example:

• A tablecloth may measure slightly larger or smaller than listed

• Fabric color may vary slightly from a previous batch

• Patterns like stripes may not align perfectly at the seams

We take great care to minimize these differences using the best techniques available. However, small variations are considered acceptable and are not eligible for return, exchange, or discount.

• Expedited shipping maybe required (Keep in mind production time + shipping from New Jersey)

• Reply to your order confirmation e-mail with approval by the date and time mentioned in
the e-mail after placing your order
