Your quick guide to working with A1 during peak season

Busy season is here, and A1 is here to help you stay organized and ahead of the rush.
This quick guide covers everything you need to know, from understanding timelines to placing orders,
so you can keep things running smoothly when it matters most.

 

PRODUCTION & TIMING:

Place orders early. Production and cutoff times vary daily.

  • Orders shipping same and following day are considered rush orders.
  • While we do our best to accommodate rush orders, production and cut off times vary based on our capacity.
  • Custom items or special finishes may require additional time.

 

PLACING ORDERS

The fastest most accurate way to place an order is using our website or an A1 order form.

  • For Rentals and Purchases e-mail orders@a1tablecloth.comFor Custom Prints e-mail customprints@a1tablecloth.com (production times are longer)
  • When e-mailing orders, please indicate the order type, required date and event date (if applicable) in the subject line.
  • For fast and accurate order processing by phone, please have your fabric, sizes, colors, quantities, and shipping information ready when you call. This helps prevent errors and delays.
  • If making a change to an order, please reference the A1 sales order # and your PO # if you have one.


NOTE: The orders inbox is not monitored after 4:30PM EST. Customers should call if order needs attention after that time.

Availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed and may be subject to substitutions.

  • Before confirming your order, please review:
    • Required date
    • Items and quantities
    • Shipping address
  • If your quote is no longer needed, please let us know so we can cancel it. This helps prevent unnecessary follow-up calls and keeps things running smoothly for everyone during busy season.

 

SHIPPING

Avoid scheduling deliveries the same day as your event or the Friday before your event if the event is over the weekend.

  • All orders ship FOB South Hackensack NJ
  • A1 is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected packages.
